It has been mildly upgraded to suit the owner’s plan for competition but the car only competed in club events. It comes with a service history covering most of its life and has a body and interior in very good condition. The hard top is factory colour-coded (red) compared with most MGTFs that came with a black roof. It also has a soft top (black) in good condition with heated rear perspex. Features include air conditioning, quality Sony audio, a mounted fire extinguisher, spare tail lights (the ones fitted are aftermarket LEDs), fog lights, and a set of road tyres with 80 per cent tread. The car is fitted with R-Spec competition tyres and has adjustable shock absorbers replacing the hydrolastic suspension. Mechanically it has a carbon-fibre cold air intake and free-flow exhaust, EBC competition brake pads, upgraded head gasket to avoid failure (an issue if you don’t do the upgrades) and low water level warning.
